This object is a beautiful ground-floor villa in a quiet environment within the green spaces of Port Nature. The villa is suitable for two persons. In a separate bedroom there is a fix double bed of about 140x200 cm and a wardrobe. The sleeping area has a window, so that the room can be well ventilated. A little kitchenette is completely furnished for self-catering, with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the villa as well. In front of the living-room with SAT-TV and the kitchen there is a beautiful veranda which has been furnished with a comfortable bamboo-wood seating area. In the bathroom there is a shower and a wash basin. The toilet is in the room next door. The villa has an air conditioning system which can be rented at a fee of 30 Euros/week. The terrace is facing south, it is furnished with a table and chairs as well as a sunbed. An electric sunblind offers shadow if requested. The distance to the beach is approx. 100 metres. |
